NBSC HONORED AT DTI-PAGDAYEG STAKEHOLDERS AWARDS
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) representatives joined the DTI-Pagdayeg Stakeholders Awards on the afternoon of November 25, 2025, at the Main Atrium of Robinsons Valencia in Valencia City, Bukidnon. Mr. Julius S. Gabinete, MBA Extension Coordinator of the Institute for Business Management (IBM) and Ms. Ma. Cassandra A. Ragandang-Tubongbanua, MBA, Head of IBM, attended the ceremony to receive recognition on behalf of the institution as one of the partners supporting the initiatives of the Negosyo Center Manolo Fortich.
The event gathered a wide network of Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) stakeholders from both the public and private sectors throughout the province. It opened with a prayer led by Ms. Pretsy Jean S. Lisondra of DTI-Bukidnon, followed by an audio-visual presentation (AVP) featuring the National Anthem and the provincial hymn, “Bukidnon My Home.” Stakeholders were then acknowledged by Senior Trade-Industry Development Specialist (STIDS) Mr. Laurence D. Pradia, before Provincial Director Ms. Famelah Racquel D. Villanueva delivered the opening remarks.
A key segment of the program was the presentation of the Outstanding Partners for the Rural Agro-Industrial Partnership for Inclusive Development and Growth (RAPID Growth) Project Awards by Engr. Annabelle B. Encabo, Chief of the Business Development Division (BDD). The ceremony continued with the awarding of Certificates of Recognition by Ms. Villanueva, Consumer Protection Division (CPD) Chief Mr. Junar B. Merla, and Engr. Encabo. Each segment underscored the collaborative momentum built across organizations committed to local economic progress.
For NBSC, participating in the gathering offered a meaningful moment of acknowledgment. The recognition not only highlighted its contributions but also subtly reinforced its growing role within broader development efforts—strengthening its presence in initiatives that connect education, community engagement, and local enterprise support in beneficial ways.
